5. Cancellations & Amendments
You may amend or cancel your booking if:
- You notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or
- You cancel within 14 days of making the booking (whichever is earlier).
To cancel, you may contact us by phone or email. A cancellation template is available upon request.
6. Refunds
- If you have prepaid and cancel before the service is carried out, you will receive a full refund.
- If the service has already been delivered and you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us. We stand firmly behind our workmanship and will work promptly to resolve any issues.
